This is a full-time, on-site Construction Superintendent role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage daily construction site operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality workmanship in every phase of the construction process. Attention to detail and compliance with company standards are essential to the role.

• Expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
• Proficient in Project Management, including scheduling and coordinating tasks
• Strong Organization Skills and experience with Budgeting for construction projects
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in construction-related software programs is preferred
• Prior experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar management role is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
