This is a contract on-site role for a Residential General Contractor located in Atlanta, GA. The Residential General Contractor will oversee construction projects, manage timelines and budgets, supervise subcontractors, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain compliance with safety regulations. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with project stakeholders, reviewing construction plans, acquiring necessary permits, and addressing on-site challenges to ensure project success.

  Ability to manage multiple residential construction projects, oversee schedules and timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
• Construction Knowledge and Expertise:
  Solid understanding of construction regulations, building codes, and residential construction techniques, with hands-on experience in managing construction teams.

  Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

  Capacity to identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently to keep projects on track and on budget.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Familiarity with safety guidelines and legal requirements to ensure all activities adhere to high standards of safety and compliance.
• Proficient in construction management software and technology tools; experience using scheduling and budgeting tools is a plus.
• Proven experience as a residential general contractor or in a similar construction management role.
• Relevant certifications or licensure in construction management or general contracting is preferred.
