Superintendent
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join our team in Atlanta with pay starting ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications
- Prior experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
