This opportunity entails being responsible for conducting on‑site construction inspections for projects supporting our clients. It includes providing inspection services for compliance with plans and specifications, preparing required contract documentation, and following prescribed Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.

• Observe, document, and verify work in progress by the construction contractor to ensure compliance with contract documents and plans. Confirm procedures are followed and material used conforms to specifications.
• Utilize engineering inspection practices to perform rudimentary mathematical calculations and measurements of completed work to date.
• Maintain Inspector's daily report of assigned work activities, contractor labor and equipment, quantity of material received and verified.
• Assist in on‑site material testing and produce as‑constructed sketches as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 1 year of construction experience.
• All required jurisdictional certificates and state requirements.

• Read and understand plans and specifications.
• Recognize, document, and elevate field issues.
• Calculate pay quantities.
• Understand change conditions.
• Understand Microsoft Office Suite and other computer skills at an intermediate level.

• Worksite Erosion Control supervisor certification
• Concrete Certification
