This is a full-time, on-site Construction Superintendent role located in Atlanta, GA. The Construction Superintendent will oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include managing daily operations on the construction site, supervising subcontractors and laborers, overseeing project schedules, and implementing safety measures. The Construction Superintendent will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and address any challenges that arise during construction.
Qualifications- Expertise in Construction Site Management, including supervision of teams and coordination of construction activities
- Strong knowledge and experience in Construction Safety practices and protocols
- Exceptional Organization Skills to manage schedules, resources, and documentation effectively
- Proven abilities in Budgeting and cost control to ensure projects are financially on track
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and troubleshooting within construction projects
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs is a plus.
- Prior experience in managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects is a plus
