• Experience in construction in Data Center, Mission Critical, Biotech, or large project experience.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Preconstruction.
• Willing to lead with a hands‑on approach.
• The ability to build and maintain meaningful professional relationships with your team, clients, and subcontractors.
• Local market knowledge.
• Strong understanding of construction, and more importantly, a willingness to learn.

• Technical Acumen: Mastery in interpreting complex construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and comprehensive contract terms (prime, subcontracts, and change orders).
• Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate project complexities, negotiate effectively, and build consensus.
• Decisive Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to proactively identify potential challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Project Leadership & Management: Proven expertise in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple preconstruction projects simultaneously, and meeting stringent deadlines.
• Industry Expertise: Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of multifamily construction industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Technology & Data Proficiency: Highly proficient in leveraging computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite and specialized industry‑specific applications. Extensive experience with Procore is a plus.
