Oline Construction is expanding our presence in Atlanta, and we’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up and buildout/tenant improvement projects throughout the Atlanta market
.

You’ll partner closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams to deliver both ground-up buildings and high-end interiors/tenant improvements exclusively within the Atlanta area

• Lead field operations on ground-up
  , buildout
  , and tenant improvement projects
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily workflow to keep the job running smoothly
• Maintain strong communication with Project Managers, design partners, clients, and subcontractors
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop documents with precision
• Manage project schedules and ensure critical milestones are achieved
• Run daily safety meetings and uphold top-tier safety standards
• Oversee quality control, punch lists, and final turnover
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• 5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial ground-up and tenant improvement/buildout projects
• Strong experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews
• Proven ability to manage schedules, sequence work, and maintain jobsite organization
• Track record of delivering high-quality structural and interior work
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
• Experience with tilt-wall, structural concrete, or steel is a plus
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software
• A strong commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork
