Construction Project Manager (Multifamily)
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead ground‑up multifamily developments throughout the Atlanta metro area. This role is ideal for a hands‑on construction leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments and has a proven ability to deliver complex projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of project execution, maintaining strict control of schedule, budget, quality, and safety while coordinating closely with ownership, design teams, and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of ground‑up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction planning through closeout and turnover.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and procurement plans.
- Oversee subcontractor bidding, buyout, coordination, and performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and internal leadership.
- Lead weekly progress meetings, track milestones, and ensure work is executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project financials including cost forecasting, change management, and pay applications.
- Enforce site safety programs, company policies, and regulatory compliance while promoting a culture of accountability.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve field issues, and implement solutions to prevent schedule delays and cost overruns.
- Proven experience managing ground‑up multifamily construction projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors and vendors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
