Estimator, Construction, Building & Residential Construction

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Atlanta, GA, for an Estimator. The Estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with project teams to ensure bids are competitive and aligned with client expectations. Key responsibilities include reviewing project plans and specifications, identifying costs, requesting and analyzing vendor quotes, and preparing detailed bid proposals.

The Estimator will also work closely with clients and project managers to support the effective planning and execution of construction projects.

• Strong skills in cost estimation, bid preparation, and reviewing project plans and specifications
• Ability to analyze and compare vendor quotes, pricing, and material costs
• Experience in construction project management, scheduling, and budgeting
• Proficient in using construction estimation and project management software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail orientation skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in commercial construction estimation is highly desirable
• at least 1 year of experience as an estimator for a general contractor
