• ✅ Oversee daily operations for commercial sheet metal roofing projects from planning through completion
• ✅ Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines
• ✅ Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, building codes, and safety standards
• ✅ Conduct on-site inspections and resolve any installation challenges in real time
• ✅ Communicate with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure smooth workflow
• ✅ Maintain accurate project records and job site documentation

• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Superintendent or similar supervisory role in commercial roofing
• In-depth knowledge of sheet metal roofing fabrication, installation, and detailing
• Strong understanding of low slope, steep slope, and custom metal roof systems
• Familiarity with safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and quality control procedures
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
