Senior Estimator​/Project Manager

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Atlanta, GA for a Senior Estimator / Project Manager. Responsibilities include preparing accurate project cost estimates, developing project budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. This role involves scheduling and managing subcontractors, overseeing on‑site development activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines. Strong communication will be key to coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners to deliver successful construction‑ready sites.

• Estimation and budgeting proficiency in construction‑related projects.
• Project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and oversight of worksite development activities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate stakeholders and manage project teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial, industrial, or mixed-use site development projects, with a focus on 5-60 acre sites.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools is a plus. Heavy Bid, Agtek are pluses.
