The team works closely with general contractors, architects, and manufacturers to install technically demanding façade systems, including architectural metal panels and related exterior assemblies. The company continues to grow and is looking to add experienced field leadership to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
Position OverviewThe Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities related to architectural metal panel systems and exterior envelope installations. This individual will serve as the primary field leader, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
This role requires hands-on experience with metal panel systems and strong coordination skills across multiple trades and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily on-site operations for architectural metal panel and exterior envelope installations
- Coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
- Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Maintain project schedules and support milestone completion
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and company safety policies
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
- Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Assist with field problem-solving and constructability reviews
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor
- Strong background in architectural metal panels (required)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% as projects require
- OSHA certification preferred
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 – $110,000
