Field Inspector II

Overview

Slade Land Use, Environmental, and Transportation Planning, LLC, established in 2006, is a multi-disciplinary firm specializing in construction, environmental, urban, and civil planning services.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Inspector II to join our team in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires overseeing construction and environmental project compliance. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to regulations, preparing reports, and collaborating with project teams to address any identified issues or discrepancies.

• Experience in site inspections, project monitoring, and ensuring compliance with construction and environmental standards.
• Strong knowledge of urban and civil planning, as well as environmental regulations relevant to land use and construction projects.
• Skills in report preparation, data collection, and documentation with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams and maintain professionalism on-site.
• Relevant certifications or training in inspection, environmental science, or construction management are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, environmental science, urban planning, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to various sites within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.
