We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up multifamily developments throughout the Atlanta metro area. This role is well suited for a hands‑on construction professional who excels in fast‑paced environments and consistently delivers high‑quality projects from preconstruction through final turnover.

The Project Manager will assume full responsibility for project execution, maintaining control of schedule, budget, quality, and safety while working closely with ownership, design partners, and trade contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of ground‑up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction planning through closeout and final turnover.

Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and procurement strategies.

Lead subcontractor bidding, buyout, coordination, and performance to ensure project objectives are met.

Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Conduct and lead weekly progress meetings, track milestones, and ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor and manage project financials including cost reporting, forecasting, change orders, and pay applications.

Enforce site safety programs, company policies, and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of accountability and safety.

Proactively identify project risks, resolve field issues, and implement solutions to prevent schedule delays and cost overruns.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager on ground‑up multifamily construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.

Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors and vendors.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
