This is a full-time on-site role located in Atlanta, GA for a Heavy Equipment Operator. The Heavy Equipment Operator will perform daily operations and maintenance of heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, and other equipment, to support construction activities. Key responsibilities include conducting excavations, transporting materials, ensuring site safety, performing routine equipment inspections, and maintaining accurate operational records. Collaboration with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met is also essential.

• Proficiency in operating and handling heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and other related machinery
• Knowledge and skills in excavation techniques and handling used equipment
• Experience in routine equipment maintenance and performing safety checks
• Attention to detail, safety-conscious attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in outdoor construction environments
• Relevant certifications or licenses for heavy equipment operation preferred
• Prior experience in concrete construction or related fields is a plus
