Lead Superintendent

Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Lead Superintendent to join their team. As a Lead Superintendent, you will be part of the operations department supporting project management and site execution teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Lead Superintendent

Pay Range: $140,000 - $180,000

• Oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Manage on-site activities, including supervising subcontractors and construction crews.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project schedules.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and progress updates.

• Proven experience in construction supervision or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
