Role DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Atlanta, GA. The individual will assist in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. Responsibilities include expediting materials and tasks, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and supporting project management processes. This role requires proactive communication, collaboration with diverse teams, and maintaining detailed project documentation.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure smooth project workflows.
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, and overseeing construction activities.
- Experience in conducting thorough Inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Ability to effectively manage responsibilities related to Expeditor duties and project coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, and safety regulations is beneficial.
- Work experience or a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
