Our client, a well-established heavy civil construction firm in the greater Atlanta area, is seeking a seasoned individual to join their preconstruction leadership team. This opportunity is ideal for a driven individual with deep experience in civil infrastructure,łoż to lead the preconstruction process and ensure seamless project delivery.

From roadways and pipelines to underground utilities, this role is critical to the company’s continued success on complex and essential projects.

• Competitive salary: $160K - $210K/year (depending on experience)

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction with a focus on preconstruction, project management, estimating, etc.
• Proven knowledge of civil disciplines such as roadways, pipelines, earthwork, and underground utilities
• Strong understanding of estimating software and construction scheduling tools (HCSS, Agtek, P6, etc.)
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

• Lead the preconstruction phase for multiple civil infrastructure projects across the Tucson region
• Collaborate with project teams, owners, engineers, and subcontractors during project planning
• Develop and maintain detailed preconstruction schedules
• Conduct constructability reviews and participate in design coordination
• Support business development efforts and client proposal preparation
• Represent the company during pre-bid meetings and interviews with potential clients
