SME – Recruiting for General Contractors | Market Leader – EPC & Commercial Construction Traveling Superintendent – Commercial Construction – Gas Station Experience Required About the CompanyOur firm specializes in managing large-scale commercial construction projects across sectors such as healthcare, aviation, retail, education, and logistics. We deliver tailored solutions through services like design-build, ground‑up construction, and property development—with a strong commitment to innovation, safety, and project excellence.
Job Description- Oversee all on‑site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- Supervise subcontractors, trades, and vendors to maintain high productivity, quality, and compliance
- Enforce job site safety protocols in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to troubleshoot challenges and maintain smooth operations
- Monitor project schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure accurate documentation is maintained throughout all phases of construction
- Strong leadership experience in commercial ground‑up construction
- Must live in a 5‑hour range of Cumming, Georgia (must state town you live in)
- Need a list of jobs for the past 5 years of ground up projects only
- Must have 3+ years with companies on their resume
- Deep knowledge of safety regulations, construction methods, and quality control standards
- Proficient in construction scheduling, budgeting, and project management tools
- Highly organized and committed to maintaining a clean, compliant, and efficient job site
- Competitive base salary ($60K–$104K) + compensation package + bonus plans
