An established and rapidly growing glazing contractor is seeking an experienced Glazing Estimator to join their preconstruction team.

This role offers long‑term stability, strong leadership, and consistent high‑quality project flow. There is a hybrid/remote option for this role as well.

This position is heavily exterior‑focused (approx. 80%) with the remaining 20% in interior glazing systems
. You’ll be pricing a steady pipeline of storefront, curtain wall, and architectural glazing packages across commercial and high‑end residential projects.

• Prepare detailed and accurate take‑offs and pricing for exterior glazing scopes
• Lead estimating efforts on storefront, curtain wall, windows, and aluminum systems
• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents to identify scope, risk, and value engineering opportunities
• Solicit and analyze vendor and supplier pricing
• Build complete bid packages including labor, materials, equipment, and schedule considerations
• Participate in pre‑bid meetings and scope clarifications
• Collaborate closely with project management and operations to ensure smooth handoff
• Support interior glazing estimates including partitions, glass walls, and specialty glass systems

• 5+ years of glazing estimating experience
• Strong background in storefront & curtain wall systems
• Proven ability to estimate projects up to $4M+
• Proficient with take‑off and estimating software (Bluebeam, OST, Quick Bid, etc.)
• Solid understanding of aluminum, glass, hardware, and system suppliers
• Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and commercially minded
