We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead our expansion into commercial HVAC construction, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth and leadership in developing this crucial aspect of our business.

The Construction Laborer supports teams of lead, supervisor, and project manager. This individual will be responsible for assisting in construction installs, store renovation along with site clean-up. The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of general commercial construction duties and some understanding of safety on a job site. This role offers significant potential for advancement and the opportunity to shape the growth of our Construction division.

• Perform general construction labor and use of power tools
• Perform function according to company OSHA safety guidelines
• Assisting in daily construction requirements and meeting deadlines through directives
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Must be able to adhere to all safety requirements
• Must be able to work safely in all surroundings, with other team members
• Regular, timely, “attendance – predictable” is required for the position
• Ability to understand and follow directions with moderate supervision
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Able to pass drug test and background check
