Data Center Construction Specialist - Connecting Talent Across The US
We're Hiring:
Site Superintendent | Mission-Critical Construction
Travel Role (Weekly, M-F, home on the weekends) | Based out of Kansas City, Atlanta, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, or Remote
We are looking for a Site Superintendent to lead the charge on high-stakes, mission-critical projects — from live system tie-ins to full-scale data center builds.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
We are looking for someone who:- Has 8–10+ years overseeing complex construction (mission-critical, industrial, energy, pharma)
- Excels at risk management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Wants to be part of a high-performance, growth-minded team
- Lead project execution on active construction sites
- Develop MOPs/SOPs for live critical systems
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors & designers
- Own safety, scheduling, quality, and team dynamics
