Sr. AE/Recruiter – Heavy Civil & Commercial Building Construction

• Oversee multiple DOT bridge and structures projects across Georgia
• Interpret plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure quality and compliance
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and project documentation
• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and delivery timelines
• Partner with Foremen, Superintendents, and engineers for daily execution
• Mentor junior engineers and field staff
• Drive safety, operational excellence, and cross-division collaboration
• Travel to project sites throughout Georgia as needed

• 5–10 years of experience in heavy civil, bridge, or DOT structures projects
• Prior Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer experience (DOT projects preferred)
• Strong knowledge of bridge construction methods, specifications, and materials
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent preferred
