Reports to: Enrichment Coordinator, Director of Strategic Programs

About the Role: The After school Enrichment Student Worker supports the Enrichment Coordinator and Director of Strategic Programs by assisting with the day-to-day management of after school enrichment programs. This is a temporary, part-time opportunity for students who enjoy working with children in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.

Schedule :
Temporary, Monday–Friday, 3:45 p.m.–4:45 p.m.

• Assist with planning and facilitating daily enrichment activities.
• Support carpool drop-off and pick-up.
• Participate in enrichment activities and assigned duties.
• Enforce program rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
• Help maintain facilities and equipment, keeping areas clean and organized.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
• Supervise students during field trips, ensuring safe and positive participation.
• Oversee and, when necessary, participate in pool supervision during swimming activities.

• At least 15 years of age.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Ability to be flexible, resourceful, and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and service skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively to student or parent concerns.
• Flexibility with work schedule and hours as needed.
• Availability to attend all three weeks of Sports and Games enrichment.

• Regularly required to sit, use hands, and talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands.
• Must occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds.
• Requires close vision and ability to adjust focus.
