Job SummaryThe Program Manager, Growth & Transformation supports the planning, execution and coordination of operational activities across the Growth & Transformation organization. Reporting to the SVP Growth & Transformation, the role is embedded in the leadership team and partners with project managers and senior leaders to drive operational excellence and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination & Support
- Assist project managers in maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and progress reviews.
- Organize and track project documentation, status updates and action items across multiple work streams.
- Monitor progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and raise issues when needed.
- Plan and execute logistics for team meetings and key events, including agendas, materials, attendance, and support of presenters.
- Operational Process Management
- Support calendar cadence and content delivery, including templates and standards.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and project management methodologies.
- Collect and compile information, prepare materials for leadership, and review documents for accuracy, formatting and compliance with company policies.
- Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project data in operational and project management systems such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project and Workday.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, summaries and insights for leadership support.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Executive Support
- Serve as liaison across departments and teams.
- Support communication plans, meeting facilitation and stakeholder coordination.
- Drive alignment on priorities between project teams and business partners.
- Provide executive support for domestic and international meetings and travel arrangements, including itineraries, trip files, and expense report processing.
- Manage calendars, anticipate changes, and communicate updates related to meetings.
- Support special projects for the SVP and Human Resources (approximately 20% of time).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Head of Administration or equivalent Project and Program Management roles.
- Experience supporting executive‑level leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat and social media web platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence and build relationships internally and externally.
- Self‑starter with initiative and forward‑thinking mindset.
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple stakeholder priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility with changing priorities.
- Preferred: located in the Atlanta area and able to be onsite as needed with up to 50% travel.
- Requires on‑site presence at Corporate Office (Midtown, ATL) as needed and travel to other sites up to 50% of the time.
The range for this position is $83,300.00 to $, varying by experience and geographic location. Acuity offers health care, dental and vision plans, 401(k) benefits, and incentive compensation for qualifying roles.
