Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between warehouse associates and Supervisors.
Mentor and train new hires, providing hands-on support in daily tasks.
Assist with receiving, picking, staging, palletizing, and related functions.
Monitor workflow progress and task completion to ensure operational efficiency.
Report performance concerns, safety issues, or process inefficiencies to leadership.
Troubleshoot and resolve team issues, including conflicts, performance gaps, and workflow bottlenecks.
Promote and model safe work practices at all times.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in multiple warehouse functions required.
Leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred.

Skills

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach, support, and motivate team members.
Solid understanding of warehouse processes and workflows.
Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and support process improvements.

Certifications or Licenses

None required.

Preferred Certifications

OSHA forklift certification preferred.
Additional warehouse safety or equipment certifications considered a plus.
