AboutThe Role
The Director, Enterprise Accounts is responsible for identifying, securing, and growing national enterprise agreements with highly litigious corporations. This role is focused on hunting new enterprise opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing relationships. You’ll lead account strategy, negotiations, and implementations, working cross-functionally to ensure enterprise contracts deliver long-term value for both clients and Esquire.
Key Responsibilities- Create new relationships with zero-based enterprise corporations within targeted, highly litigious vertical markets
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing enterprise clients
- Develop and execute account strategies including prospecting, relationship building, negotiations, and value selling
- Manage the implementation and re-implementation of assigned enterprise accounts
- Ensure field compliance with enterprise contracts in partnership with sales leadership
- Escalate execution and service delivery issues to appropriate leadership
- Maintain and grow a book of business including enterprise accounts, staff counsel, panel counsel, and complex law firms
- Identify underperforming enterprise accounts and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth
- Lead Quarterly Strategy Meetings (QSMs) and Annual Stewardship Meetings (ASMs)
- Drive new business development through industry events, conferences, and networking
- Serve as a trusted business partner and subject matter expert in enterprise legal services sales
- Provide ongoing training and support to client executives and internal stakeholders, as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred - Experience:
5+ years of national sales experience; legal services sales experience preferred - Sales Expertise:
Proven success prospecting, negotiating, and closing enterprise-level agreements - Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the legal services landscape - Technical:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools such as Salesforce and Net Suite - Skills:
Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities - Attributes:
Detail-oriented, adaptable, results-driven, and comfortable working under pressure - Travel:
Willingness to travel 20-30% for client meetings, conferences, and networking events
- Achievement of enterprise sales revenue and growth targets
- Positive contribution to company EBITDA performance
- Meeting or exceeding defined sales activity and pipeline metrics
