Overview
Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join the team in Atlanta in a hybrid capacity (2-3 days on-site per week). This role will lead omnichannel operations across the U.S. and Canada and is responsible for driving operational excellence across inventory planning, logistics and fulfillment. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on leadership, thrives in cross‑functional environments, and is motivated by building efficient, customer‑centric supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end‑to‑end supply chain across North America, spanning inventory planning, allocations, logistics, fulfillment, and customer service across retail, eCommerce, and B2B
- Execute regional supply chain priorities aligned with global strategy, including inventory health, cost control, and channel allocation
- Lead demand planning and S&OP execution, incorporating commercial forecasts, marketing inputs, and lifecycle management to ensure stock alignment with business priorities
- Manage the full product lifecycle from launch through discontinuation, including portfolio optimization, liquidation, and disposal, while delivering against key operational KPIs
- Design and oversee order management workflows, purchasing calendars, and stock visibility processes in partnership with Commercial, Finance, Logistics, and HQ
- Own 3PL relationships and performance, including fulfillment accuracy, service levels, invoicing, chargeback resolution, and cost optimization
- Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, systems, and vendor performance
- Lead and develop Sales Operations and Customer Service teams, establishing clear standards, communication protocols, and service expectations
- Partner cross‑functionally to support launches, promotional calendars, and revenue goals while maintaining operational rigor
- Serve as a regional lead on supply chain transformation initiatives, standardized workflows, and sustainability or certification efforts
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics management
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field
- Proven experience managing omnichannel operations across retail, eCcommerce, and B2B
- Hands‑on experience with EDI systems and integrations (required)
- Experience working with ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft D365 preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with advanced Excel and reporting proficiency
- Solid understanding of international logistics, customs, compliance, and vendor/3PL management
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross‑functional stakeholders, and communicate effectively
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with a continuous‑improvement mindset
Salary: $110k-120K
