Position: Spanish Speaking Junior Account Manager (Sales)

The Role

You Lend officially expanded into the US in 2022, and we are growing rapidly. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join our US Sales team. As a Junior Account Manager, you will support our sales operations, nurture client relationships, and help merchants across the country access funding to grow.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of You Lend s products, financing solutions, and partner ecosystem to effectively support and manage merchant relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned merchants, ensuring a seamless post-funding experience and high satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights to help merchants succeed.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and care, including calls, emails, and platform messages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Risk, Operations) to resolve merchant inquiries or issues efficiently.
  • Support renewals, upsell opportunities, and product education, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
  • Maintain detailed records of all merchant interactions and account updates in CRM tools.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to build trust and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Prioritize workload to manage a high volume of accounts with accuracy and a customer-first mindset.
  • Provide translation and language support for Spanish-speaking merchants and team members as needed, with proficient Spanish (C1/C2) for translation and communication in English and Spanish.
Qualifications & Skills
  • The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and initiative.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach; positive attitude and reliability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with financial systems or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in funding, finance, or operations is advantageous but not required.
Desirable Skills
  • Target-driven mindset with interest in sales and commercial success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting by phone and email.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and working with data.
  • Customer-first attitude with a passion for helping small businesses succeed.
Salary

$50,000 base + performance-based bonus
