I’m excited to share that I’m recruiting experienced Texas Escrow Officers with an established book of business for a national title company as we open a brand-new Texas office
.

This opportunity is designed for seasoned escrow professionals who bring trusted relationships, value collaboration, and want to help shape a Texas operation from the ground up—backed by the stability, compliance, and infrastructure of a national platform
.

• Managing escrow files from contract through closing for your existing and new client base
• Reviewing earnest money contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions
• Preparing escrow and title documents and coordinating smooth, on-time closings
• Working closely with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and internal national teams
• Ensuring strict compliance with Texas regulations and applicable federal requirements

• Established, transferable book of escrow business in Texas
• 3+ years of Texas escrow experience
• Strong working knowledge of Texas escrow and title processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Active Notary certification
• Professional, relationship-driven, and team-oriented mindset
