Aboutthe role
The Manager, Light Commercial Lifecycle Solutions will play a critical role in advancing Carrier’s transformation toward a lifecycle customer value–focused organization. This role supports the North America Light Commercial business by driving the connected strategy and execution of aftermarket initiatives that span parts, service, and digital enablement. It offers a unique opportunity to shape how Carrier delivers value across the equipment lifecycle—enhancing customer experience, improving serviceability, and unlocking recurring revenue streams through connected solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Connected Lifecycle Strategy
- Support the development and execution of Carrier’s connected aftermarket strategy, ensuring alignment with lifecycle value creation goals across the Light Commercial segment.
Enable Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate with product, engineering, digital, and commercial teams to launch and scale lifecycle offerings that integrate equipment, service, and digital touchpoints.
Accelerate Aftermarket Growth
- Identify and support initiatives that grow parts capture, increase service attachment, and expand digital service adoption.
Leverage Data for Insights
- Analyze customer feedback, sales trends, and connected product data to uncover opportunities for lifecycle value creation and performance improvement.
Support Change Management
- Contribute to cross-functional working groups, prepare business cases and presentations, and help drive adoption of new aftermarket capabilities across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, product management, marketing, sales, aftermarket, and/or HVAC-related roles
- Ability to travel up to 30–40% domestically and internationally (primarily Mexico & Canada).
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical knowledge and experience in leading and managing the execution of projects, processes, and tactical initiatives within a commercial or technical workstream—ideally in a matrixed or cross-functional environment.
- Broad understanding of aftermarket, digital services, or product lifecycle strategies, with awareness of how work in this role impacts adjacent functions such as product development, sales, and engineering.

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is $120,000 – $168,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
