Full-time | Early mornings required | Some weekends/evenings as needed

We are known for consistent execution, strong leadership, and delivering cultural culinary experiences ’re growing fast and looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day.

Position Overview

We’re hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to lead kitchen production, packing, dispatch, and daily team accountability. This role is ideal for an experienced operator who can bring structure, enforce standards, and keep the kitchen running smoothly without chaos.

This is not a desk role — you will be on the floor leading production and ensuring everything is executed on time.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily kitchen operations: prep, production, packing, staging, load-out, and reset
  • Run pre-shift huddles, assign stations, and manage timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain quality standards for portioning, packaging, labeling, and accuracy
  • Oversee daily dispatch and driver readiness to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Maintain inventory readiness (food, packaging, disposables) and reduce waste
  • Enforce food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards
  • Schedule staff, manage labor efficiency, and control overtime through planning
  • Train, coach, and hold staff accountable for performance and reliability
  • Support catering/event readiness by ensuring Chef Jarvis has what’s needed (Chef leads day-of execution)
  • Track daily performance metrics and provide updates to leadership
What We’re Looking For
  • Required:
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen, meal prep, catering, or food production environment
  • Strong ability to manage people, time, and deadlines under pressure
  • Organized, firm, and consistent leadership style
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Comfortable working early mornings and being hands-on daily
  • Preferred:
  • Serv Safe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience managing delivery logistics/dispatch operations
  • Experience implementing SOPs and basic KPI tracking
