Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management:
  Ensure clients receive prompt responses, problem solve creatively, act as an outsourced COO to keep principals focused on growth.
• Strategic Coach:
  Work with principals to design and implement business plans, evaluate RIA internal teams, provide ongoing feedback on business model with client development focus.
• Project Management:
  Coordinate multiple parties toward clear goals, collect information, communicate back to client and senior management.
• Transition Specialist:
  Experience handling wealth management firm transitions or advisor team transitions to new technology or firm.
• Communication:
  Report progress to senior leadership, identify issues, report back to Dynasty headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida.
• Work Travel:
  Travel most weeks to build relationships face‑to‑face; less travel expected from client headquarters, but at least travel back to Dynasty HQ.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
• Experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic consulting with focus on M&A and corporate strategy preferred.
• Understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to partner, collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Self‑starter, initiative on projects, good presentation and public speaking skills, excellent writing, presentation and organizational skills.
• Experience in wealth management, practice management or management consulting a plus.
