Overview:
Our client is hiring a Partner Management Specialist to support and manage strategic partner programs across scheduling, pricing, contracts, and operational performance. This role focuses on coordinating cross‑functional efforts, ensuring adherence to program plans, and supporting the successful execution of partner‑led initiatives.
This is an initial 3 month contract.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in program coordination, partner support, and contract administration, and is comfortable operating independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor partner program activities including scheduling, pricing, and operational performance
- Support contract preparation and documentation by evaluating financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements
- Ensure partner programs adhere to established plans, timelines, and delivery expectations
- Identify risks or issues within partner programs and develop solutions to maintain progress
- Act as a point of coordination between internal teams and external partners to align priorities and execution
- Track program milestones and ensure initiatives are completed on time and within scope
- Provide advisory support to stakeholders regarding program tasks, timelines, and operational needs
- Assist in the development of proposals and documentation to support new partner programs and business growth
- Maintain accurate program documentation, reporting, and status updates
- Support continuous improvement of partner operations and processes
- Experience in partner management, program coordination, vendor management, or business operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience supporting contracts, pricing discussions, and program governance
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross‑functional teams
- Strong communication and relationship‑management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable program steps
