We re looking for a dynamic Implementation & Account Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for new third-party provider relationships during their first 90 days on our Verify platform. In this role, you ll focus on onboarding Providers to drive early participation in the Verified Alliance, adoption of the Verify Platform, and compliance as they visit Verify communities. Additionally, you will oversee and execute the strategy to move self-registered customers through the success funnel, ensuring a seamless transition from registration to active participation and revenue generation.
Responsibilities- Lead the first 90 days of the customer journey, focusing on implementation strategies that deliver immediate value and ensure high credential compliance standards.
- Track and execute the success funnel strategy for self-registered providers, identifying and ensuring that they become fully engaged customers.
- Build and nurture relationships through regular engagement to understand partner needs and challenges during the critical onboarding phase.
- Lead training sessions, product demonstrations, and feature onboarding initiatives for new and self-service users.
- Manage partner inquiries and issue resolution from start to finish during the implementation period.
- Monitor early usage patterns and adoption rates to identify optimization opportunities and ensure long-term retention.
- Develop new tactics and strategies to engage provider partners immediately following registration.
- Collect and analyze partner feedback during onboarding to inform product insights and improvements for the self-service experience.
- Collaborate with other provider-facing teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to long-term account management.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing client relationships, specifically in onboarding or implementation, preferably in SaaS or senior living.
- Proven success moving customers through a digital funnel or driving early-stage engagement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite.
