Senior Contract Manager – North America
High-Impact, Strategic Role | Hybrid Opportunity
A well-established organization is seeking an experienced North American Contract Manager to take ownership of contract strategy, governance, and execution across the region. This is a highly visible role for a contracts professional who enjoys autonomy, cross-functional partnership, and building scalable processes that support business growth.
For highly qualified candidates, the company will provide relocation assistance to Atlanta.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Owning the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, from drafting and negotiation through execution, renewal, and close-out
- Acting as the regional lead for contract management activities across North America
- Creating and refining contract templates, approval workflows, and internal processes
- Managing and maintaining a centralized contract repository with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Partnering closely with Commercial Sales on customer-facing agreements
- Supporting supplier and vendor contracting in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Identifying contractual risk, addressing issues proactively, and advising stakeholders on best practices
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7–10+ years of experience in commercial contract management, legal operations, or a similar function
- Strong working knowledge of complex commercial agreements
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Confident negotiator with excellent analytical and risk-assessment skills
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational and project-management abilities
- Experience navigating regulatory considerations and compliance requirements
- Top-of-market salary for the Atlanta market
