What Are We Hiring For?

As we accelerate our growth in the American market, we’re looking for a Professional Staffing Account Executive. As an Account Executive, your core responsibility is to generate contract and contract‑to‑hire opportunities to meet and exceed financial targets.

Tasks
  • Develop a book of business for our professional staffing services
  • Identify and secure new clients and job orders through cold calling, in‑person meetings, networking, and digital outreach
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with prospects and clients
  • Be a trusted advisor to address their workforce challenges
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals for our professional staffing services
  • Strategically plan your territory
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups to confirm the successful delivery of staffing solutions and to uncover additional opportunities
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure the client’s requirements are met through effective candidate placements
  • Provide clear job specifications and feedback to the recruitment team, monitor placement quality and promptly address any concerns
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue in our CRM
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry
  • Track record of high gross margin achievements and gross margin improvement
  • Subject matter expert in the industries and sectors YER does business in
  • Experience generating project‑based staffing leads
  • Track record in new client acquisition
  • Able to work in a hybrid environment – 1 day in office; 4 days a week during training and onboarding. Drops to 1 day per week once onboarding is complete
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Ethics, integrity and accountability
  • Willing and able to travel throughout the territory for 1‑3 days as needed
