WSP is seeking a senior-level analyst for our Funding and Financing Strategy Service group. This position offers the opportunity to work on infrastructure projects across the U.S., providing financial planning, modeling, analysis, and strategic support to public and private entities. You will drive project delivery and business development alongside advisory services within a growing organization.
Your Impact- Developing strategies to offer financial planning services across all end markets
- Manage and oversee the development of financial models
- Oversee and perform quantitative analyses and data analytics
- Analyze financial needs and opportunities for public agencies
- Analyze project and program funding and financing options
- Research funding and financing industry trends
- Evaluate funding and financing alternatives and priorities
- Develop the business case for infrastructure investments
- Oversee the development of reports, memorandums, and client‑ready documentation
- Lead client meetings and workshops
- Track, review, and interpret federal legislation and guidance
- Provide strategic support in all phases of infrastructure planning and project development
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proven experience managing projects
- Strong understanding of inflation and cost drivers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated research skills and experience
- Ability to think creatively, work independently, and deliver high‑quality work with minimal oversight
- Ability to lead teams, synthesize problems, and communicate point of view and analytical results
- Manage time efficiently while supporting multiple projects in parallel
- Proven experience in transportation, infrastructure, and related sectors
- Significant experience using Microsoft Office’s suite of applications and their higher level capabilities
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Planning, Public Policy or related disciplines
- Familiarity with financial aspects and challenges of energy, water, property and buildings, mining, and other infrastructure
- Strong understanding of federal and state‑level infrastructure policy and funding
- Strategic planning experience

CompensationExpected Salary (all locations): $102,000 - $181,720
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $102,000 - $170,500
