Responsible for the combined functions of development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts. Leads a client service team and is responsible for the day‑to‑day account management. Assists in managing accounts with low to medium complexity and supports senior Broker Account Executive/Manager in medium to large books of business.

Manages subset of less complex clients and key processes and internal activities to deliver client facing services.

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
