As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Conduct holistic project work – analyze processes, procurement organizations, and product groups; develop custom solutions curated to client needs and implement strategies that deliver real results.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams to improve products and create market growth strategies.
• Deliver high‑visibility consulting on topics such as procurement organization design, sourcing, and supplier management.
• Lead workshops, negotiations, and client presentations across a diverse portfolio of industries (energy, automotive, pharma, consumer goods, etc.).
• Support knowledge building across the firm through compliance centers, and pursue deep expertise in a chosen industry or center of excellence.
• Take initial management responsibility, guiding junior staff and transferring best practices.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations, or consulting.
• BS from an accredited university (MS preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and client‑engagement skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset.
• Confidence and persuasiveness – able to drive individually and present a strong perspective.
• Business‑fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel for client and Inverto team engagements; moderate travel anticipated.

Based in both Atlanta and Chicago; moderate travel will be required depending on project location.

First‑year base compensation starts at $160,000 USD (US applicants). In addition to base salary, you may be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution.
