As the Off‑Premise Experience and Performance Manager, you will strategize, plan, develop, and execute growth strategies for Off‑Premise / Third‑Party channels (Uber Eats, Door Dash, ez Cater, Grubhub, etc.). You will work cross‑functionally to manage and optimize existing and new Off‑Premise / Third‑Party channels, ensuring consistent performance and reliability across the franchise system.
Location:
Onsite at Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday–Thursday, with work‑from‑home flexibility on Fridays.
- Develop and execute the end‑to‑end off‑premise strategy for 700+ franchise locations across the portfolio.
- Support and optimize new and existing 3P delivery partner relationships across brands.
- Liaise with Operations to ensure highest reliability metrics for all off‑premise third‑party partners.
- Collaborate with Innovation, Operations & Marketing teams for menu, pricing, promotion, and merchandising optimization.
- Own KPIs for third‑party relationships, present insights to senior leadership, and drive optimizations.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting showcasing optimizations and growth strategies.
- Partner with eCommerce and Marketing to incorporate off‑premise promotional opportunities into the brand calendar.
- Present new revenue channel opportunities, product offerings, platform opportunities, and integration opportunities to leadership.
- Ensure new channel offerings are clearly communicated to franchisee stores and set up for success.
- Hands‑on experience growing eCommerce brands via third‑party digital channels such as Uber Eats, Door Dash, Grub Hub.
- Demonstrated initiative leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and presentation to senior leadership.
- Expertise in setting, monitoring, and achieving KPIs related to third‑party relationships, focused on continuous improvement.
- Understanding of financial principles to present new revenue opportunities and ensure profitability.
- Strong collaboration skills with Operations, Marketing, Customer Care to share updates and manage system‑wide changes.
- Strong operational perspective on driving digital revenue and managing growth.
- Outstanding relationship‑building skills and client‑centered partnership development.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for optimizing third‑party relationships, long‑term growth, and profitability.
- Proficiency in negotiating agreements with third‑party delivery and marketplace partners.
- Strong analytical capabilities to monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, aligning third‑party offerings with brand values.
