Job Description
Summary:
The Director, Dispensed Innovation will play a critical role leading the NAOU FSOP Innovation pipeline. This role will be responsible for working across category/brand teams on targeted Innovation opportunities for the FSOP organization and customer teams on specific, high impact consumer opportunities. This role will be the conduit between FSOP, commercial, customer and category to prioritize product and package innovation.
You’ll Do for Us
- FSOP Innovation – Represent FSOP voice of customer and proper translation of brand innovation strategies across food service/on premise channels.
- Use data and insights to identify trends to support innovation strategy.
- Partner with the category teams and key cross-functional stakeholders on product/package innovation (scalable & customer specific).
- Serve as the innovation SME with the customer teams including code 10/5s.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry.
- Leadership and experience working in Food service/On Premise channels.
- Experience in brand and category management.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen through the ability to create a 1-3-year business plan for brand/category and a path to achieve that vision, anticipating future trends and needs in the marketplace and business; demonstrates innovation/creativity.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all organizational levels; communicates long-term vision and shorter-term opportunities through clear & simple messages.
- Project leadership/management – specifically, managing virtual teams and influencing multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
- Strong track record of leadership across cross-functional teams.

Pay Range$169,000 - $200,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
