This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, evaluating business processes, and identifying areas for improvement or optimization. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations, and preparing detailed reports and actionable insights. Additional responsibilities include facilitating communication between technical teams and business units to ensure successful project delivery.

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Analysis to evaluate data and provide actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in understanding and improving Business Processes, including identifying inefficiencies and implementing enhancements
• Expertise in defining and documenting detailed Business Requirements to support projects and initiatives
• Excellent Communication skills to clearly convey ideas, collaborate with stakeholders, and bridge the gap between technical and business teams
• Proficiency in working remotely, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus
