** About the Role
** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
** Quote Operations Analyst
** to join our Revenue Operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sales processes by managing quotes, validating order details, coordinating statements of work (SOWs), and partnering with cross-functional teams including Legal, Sales, and Finance. The Quote Operations Analyst will be instrumental in driving a seamless quote-to-cash process, supporting our sales organization in closing deals efficiently and accurately.
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Quote & Order Management**  + Create and review sales quotes to ensure accuracy of pricing, SKUs, and discount structures.  + Validate that product configurations and services align with customer requirements and company standards.  + Monitor approvals and ensure timely processing of quotes.
* ** SOW & Contract Coordination**  + Confirm milestones and deliverables are accurately entered into Statements of Work.  + Collaborate with Legal to ensure contracts and SOW language adhere to company policies.  + Track contract status and coordinate revisions with internal stakeholders.
* ** Process & Compliance**  + Maintain adherence to company policies, approval matrices, and compliance guidelines.  + Partner with Finance and Legal teams to resolve discrepancies in quotes or contracts.  + Ensure all documentation is complete and properly stored in CRM and contract management systems.
* ** Cross-Functional Support**  + Serve as a point of contact for Sales regarding quoting and contract-related questions.  + Collaborate with Revenue Operations to streamline and improve quote-to-cash processes.

Provide administrative support to Sales leadership as needed
