Business Analyst----Global Manufacturer----Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)---$80K to $100K plus bonus (Exceptional Employee Benefits)
One of our best clients, a multi-billion global manufacturer needs to hire a Business Analyst for their North American Headquarters. This position will report to a Director of Analytics and work very closely with the finance team. We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience and someone who is proficient in both MS Excel and Tableau. Our client offers a very fun, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment.
This position will be hybrid out of our client’s Sandy Springs Corporate Office.
- Design, manage, and analyze Tableau dashboards to monitor key performance metrics, including sales, inventory, and production for all company customers.
- Leverage advanced Excel functions to process and analyze large datasets efficiently.
- Detect trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities to enhance overall performance.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize business efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure reporting requirements are met effectively.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Tableau, Excel, or other analytical tools to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT, BI, and field teams to enhance data accessibility and usability.
- Provide in-depth reports and forecasts to support management and key stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis to drive informed business decisions.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements for enhanced productivity.
- 3-5 + years of experience designing, building, and deploying BI/analytical solutions and reports
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, computer science, engineering, math, or another technical field
- Advanced data visualization tool knowledge (Tableau)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office w/ Advanced Excel skills (VBA)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10%
