Specific duties include (but are not limited to):
- Facilitate analysis sessions
- Gather and prepare business user requirements for system changes
- Analyze and model requirements
- Provides customer support in the maintenance of systems.
- Creation of test plans, test cases and test scripts to validate business requirements
- May serve as liaison between customers and technical staff in implementation and development of business process automation.
- Tests and/or coordinates testing of new installations or upgrades
- Consults with vendors or technical staff to insure that functionality of automated system is consistent with adherence to laws, regulations, and best practice standards by users
- Assists in the development of standards and procedures used in development of new or enhancement of existing systems
- Participates in the establishment of standards and procedures to be used in the development of systems
- Researches and analyzes system/user problems by applying a variety of analytical and research techniques

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field Or Associate degree in a related field and two years of related experience Or Two years at the lower level or equivalent (ITP
060)

- Analyzes information to determine nature and extent of customer requirements and concerns
Preferred
Skills:
- Researches and analyzes system/user problems by applying a variety of analytical and research techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Experience using SharePoint as a repository for project documentation.
- Knowledge of Income and/or Business Taxes
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
