Program Description

THE FORTNA Leadership and Development Rotation (LADR) Program
A 1-year, rotational program committed to the accelerated development of entry-level Professional Services and Engineering talent with a passion for technology, automation, and professional services coupled with a drive for exceptional client service. Through intense training and a variety of business-critical assignments, technical and business skills are developed. LADR graduates have the technical and business foundation to make innovative contributions that help our clients be successful in a dynamic world.

The program consists of the following functions:
Operations, Commercial, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Software Development. Program members are full-time Fortna Associates and work in rotational assignments to accelerate their development and assimilation into the business.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

LADR program members at FORTNA experience technically challenging rotations that are driven by opportunities to solve our clients’ toughest distribution problems.

Operations Enablement
  • Work with the PMO and Project Support/Coordination to gain a broad understanding of project governance activities and tools which enable the delivery of projects.
  • Lead one or more PMO project (Process Development/Improvement).
  • Participate in supporting project coordination tasks and deliverables to broaden understanding project and organizational governance and reporting processes.
  • Work with project scheduling to learn how to create and manage a project schedule.
LPS Operations
  • Leads small projects by managing their scope, schedule, and cost both internally and with clients.
  • Leads the development of a portion of client deliverables and presentations.
