Corporate Compliance Analyst – Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
Join Regions Bank's corporate compliance team as a second‑line defense risk management professional responsible for developing and maintaining a strong compliance culture by ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to the Community Reinvestment Act.
Job DescriptionThe role focuses on execution within defined parameters, with opportunities for process redesign and capability growth.
Primary Responsibilities- Maintain knowledge of rules and regulations and their impact on our products, services, and operations.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert to business groups on compliance issues and partner with line‑of‑business teams.
- Research laws and regulations that affect compliance, monitor for new or changing regulations, and communicate impacts to the business.
- Administer monitoring and testing programs to ensure effective compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Gather information requested by regulatory agencies.
- Provide guidance to junior associates as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in compliance, quality assurance/control, audit, or a related function.
- OR high‑school diploma or GED and seven (7) years of experience in a similar compliance function.
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) credential.
- Ability to learn additional systems as needed.
- Strong research, analysis, and data‑derived fact‑extraction skills.
- Teamwork and ability to work under moderate guidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and strong work ethic.
- Data analysis to monitor compliance with CRA requirements.
- Assist in creating dashboards, spreadsheets, and visualizations using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Assist with CRA testing and monitoring activities, internal audits, regulatory exams, and CRA‑related requests.
- Familiarity with CRA reporting software (plus).

CompensationPay ranges are job specific. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range.
Job Range Target: $66,375.65 USD
Median: $85,210.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: Not eligible.
