TheOpportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our sales organization. You’ll play a critical role in building relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and partnering with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional talent solutions that move businesses forward.
What You’ll Do- Develop and grow key client relationships within assigned portfolio
- Drive new business through strategic prospecting, meetings, and consultative sales
- Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Manage contract negotiations, client onboarding, and account growth strategies
- Represent Blue Sky at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums
- 2+ years of experience in professional staffing, consulting, or workforce solutions
- Business-minded approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High energy, professionalism, and a drive to win
