Strategic Partnership Manager

As the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will work in the Go to Market Group, collaborating with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing Leadership. Your main focus will be developing relationships that can increase revenue, drive market impact and unlock funds / cost efficiencies. You will

  • Be the end‑to‑end lead on Data, Cloud, and Martech partnerships, managing, maintaining, and growing the relationships with strategic intent (market penetration, revenue and solution identification).
  • Lead the design, execution, and management of the strategy and business plan of each partnership, ensuring the partner meets required KPI benchmarks.
  • Manage the Partner Portals, coordinating with relevant parts of the wider business to make changes, meet requirements and maximize opportunities.
  • Build deep long‑term relationships across current and new partners.
  • Scope and map the market to identify new partnership opportunities, championing partnerships across the business and overseeing relationship building between account teams at both partners and AND.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in Business Development, Partner Management, Strategic Alliances, or a closely related role within the technology sector.
  • 4+ years of direct experience managing strategic partnerships with hyperscale cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Sigma, Adobe).
  • Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and scaling Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategies with alliance partners, resulting in measurable revenue growth (e.g., joint bookings, pipeline generation).
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to build integrated offerings and joint value propositions.
  • Experience negotiating complex partnership agreements, contracts, and joint business plans.
  • Background in managing partnerships related to data, analytics, and/or cloud infrastructure solutions is highly desirable.
  • Must reside on the East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, or South Florida).
Desired
  • Knowledge and experience of working with leading providers (Key Partners today – AWS, Snowflake).
  • A high‑level understanding of Data, AI, and Cloud technologies and how they can benefit businesses.
  • Leadership and experience within strategic projects.
  • Experience utilising vendor partner programme benefits such as Marketing Development Funds, PoC funding, and initiative funding.
